I am currently using this book for grad school in my Adult Learning class. I think the book is incredibly sexist and comes from a feminist's point of view. Every other example I read is talking about sexism here and sexism there. I am a female in the military who does stand up for equal treatment of all, regardless of your race, gender, sexual preference, etc. But this book is one sided in my opinion- the authors (ironically two females) need to find a broader range of examples to talk about and if they feel so strongly about feminism then they should find another avenue to address these issues.Also, the theories discussed in this book are not graduate level ideas. I could have read this book in high school and understood everything. Definitely not worth your time or money.

Great educational text. This is more textbook, but great for students or those who need to prepare inservice or staff training. Allows you to view adult learning from many theoretical lens which enhancing their acquisition of knowledge, since after reading this you can apply it.

This book is pretty has excessive highlighting which makes it very difficult (for me) to read around.
