It's great premise but very poorly executed. Do NOT use this book to teach your children geography. The maps are seriously out of date and inaccurate. Several countries have been omitted from the European, Asian, and Middle Eastern maps. .

This is a beautifully put together book. There are lots of options, countries without names and those with names and capitals. A real work of love, however, I have one constructive comment. For those of us who are so visual and have certain learning disabilities, I would like to see armed outlines of countries as it is easier to recollect the shape. I am looking forward to start introducing students to the exciting world.

This book offers three options for each set of maps: A map with capital and other major cities labeled, a map with only country names, and a blank map. This flexibility makes it a perfect resource for teaching at gradually more challenging levels. I actually purchased two identical books, so I could tear out pages from one for easier copying for our homeschooling lessons.

I think this might be the 6th or so times that I've ordered this book for a young cousin who loves anything to do with maps and doesn't mind coloring the same thing over and over again. He loves it and always requests it when he comes to visit us yearly from overseas.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I needed maps of world continents with their countries' outlines in which my son could label the name of the country and the capitol. This was perfect for that. Also, there are maps that are already labeled, making it easy to find a country you're not familiar with and transfer the information to the blank map. We will be using it regularly in homeschool this year.

I bought this book for my grandson and then, I bought a 2nd one for another grandchild. They love the maps and are able to draw in countries from different eras in history. They use tracing paper to copy the outlines and then fill them in. Well worth the price!

... this is a very good book to help anyone who wants to learn about world geography. I purchased this book and two other books for a friend's child:- World Maps and Globes Coloring Book- The Complete Book of Maps and Geography, Grades 3 - 6 ... all three of them look really good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of them.

This is a terrific book of maps of various regions of the world. Each map comes in several versions, including blank or with countries and cities identified. The world is divided up in various ways, so users can see both details and how countries and geographic features fit together. This is wonderful for teaching geography.
